| All of our solutions are designed around a central administration
system, Platform HR. Because the HR system already contains
information about all your employees it makes perfect sense to have
this system the control access to all other systems. But for smaller
companies it may not make sense to use an HR system. For this
reason many of our applications can be run in a stand alone mode.
